Two Speech-Language Pathologist roles are available, serving elementary and middle school caseloads within a short distance of each other near Randleman, NC. Help shape young learners’ futures in a collaborative, school-based environment starting August 17 and running through June 11.

One position involves working with approximately 50 elementary students, focusing on both primary and related speech services, requiring onsite presence. The second role covers roughly 20 middle school students and offers part-time flexibility. Consideration may also be given to SLPAs, provided appropriate supervision is available.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure, ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs are welcome and supported)
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially in educational settings
• Comfortable managing caseloads independently and collaborating with IEP teams
• Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in school settings
• Ability to travel between two nearby locations
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, therapy, and intervention services for elementary or middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized IEPs, collaborating with educators and families
• Provide both direct and consultative support, adapting to students’ unique needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal guidelines
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs if assigned, ensuring quality standards of service
