Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital or acute care experience, including telemetry and dysrhythmia management
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Proficiency in PCU/Stepdown care and IV protocols (Insulin & Heparin)
• Experience with renal failure management, cardiac and vasoactive drips (including titration), blood product administration
• Skilled in tracheostomy care, wound care (including VAC), and non-invasive airway management (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
• Familiarity with Rapid Response Team activation and EPIC documentation software
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in pediatric and geriatric patient care
• Additional certifications such as TNCC or NIH Stroke Scale
• Basic knowledge of hospital parking options and logistics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid nursing license with current state credentials
• At least two years of experience in emergency, telemetry, or stepdown units in a hospital setting
• Comfort working night shifts and managing diverse patient populations

Other Requirements:

• Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced emergency environment and adhere to hospital safety protocols
