Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications include: experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation: base compensation varies depending on experience. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
