Our client in healthcare is looking to hire an Sr. Inventory Control Analyst in Peoria, AZ. This is a Full Time / Permanent Role.
\n \nPay Range: $85k – 100k Annually
\n \nJob Responsibility:
\n• Manage inventory of medical supplies to ensure availability for patient care.
\n• Place orders for medical supplies and negotiate prices with vendors.
\nCollaborate directly with care center staff to monitor supply levels
\n• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for storing and overseeing medical supplies.
\n• Coordinate with clinical staff to understand supply needs and preferences.
\n• Manage the distribution of medical supplies to appropriate departments and locations; this includes managing the inventory for physician dispensing.
\n• Partner with Clinical Compliance Officer and Senior Manager – Care Delivery Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures for supply management.
\n• Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and inventory levels.
\n• Analyze data to evaluate practice and implement needs.
\n• Focus on patient experience, minimize waste, and control costs.
\n• Collaborate with various vendors to orchestrate care center inventory needs.
\n• Monitor and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or inconsistencies within the clinics.
\n• Participate in various weekly project meetings.
\n• Project Manage with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
\n• This position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week. Working hours may include extended hours

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and data analytics software. \n
- Ability to work in third party applications hosted by Health vendors. \n

- Physically able to do heavy lifting and walking. \n
- Appropriately apply corporate policies and procedures \n
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management. \n
- Ability to read and interpret data via a proficiency in data analysis software. \n
- Attention to detail i.e., Experience managing or supporting projects. \n
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for storing and managing medical inventory supplies \n
