Job Description

Christian Sitters, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide quality care to clients in Jackson, Mississippi .

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide in-home physical therapy services
Document progress and outcomes accurately
Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

Active PT license in the state of Mississippi
Home health experience preferred
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Reliable and professional

Location: Jackson, MS
Employment Type: Per diem / Contract / Part-time (as applicable)
