Sr. Clinical Trial Associate

Rapport Therapeutics seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to support bipolar mania clinical studies in Boston. The role involves managing trial documentation, maintaining regulatory files, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the study team in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution and retrieval of clinical documents including protocols, amendments, and monitoring reports
• Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master File according to ICH-GCP standards and company procedures
• Prepare study-related documents and track clinical trial equipment and supplies
• Support administrative aspects of contract execution, vendor invoicing, and clinical trial insurance updates
• Assist with meeting management, internal databases, study newsletters, and ad-hoc trial activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field
• 3+ years clinical trial support experience; biotech or pharma background preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of clinical trial functions and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality
