If you’re passionate about helping others navigate their benefits, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are looking for a meaningful career that makes a difference — this could be the role for you.**What You’ll Do*** Serve as a subject matter expert for benefit-related inquiries and provide exceptional support to employees across the health system.* Administer benefit programs such as tuition reimbursement, extended time bank (ETB) programs, and retirement plans in alignment with policy and compliance standards.* Partner with HR team members, vendors, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, changes, and leave-related timekeeping.* Monitor benefit usage trends, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in benefit communications to promote employee engagement and awareness.**What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field **or** equivalent combination of education/experience.* Minimum **two (2) years of experience in employee benefits required**; healthcare experience preferred.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and mail merge functions; strong data analysis and tracking capabilities.* Knowledge of benefit compliance regulations (FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.* Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* A team player who demonstrates integrity, empathy, and a drive for continuous improvement.At Logan Health, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that prioritizes people.
