Job Title: Medical Assistant (MA-P) 
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay: $25–$26/hour (retention bonus may be available if pay request is above range)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (flexible between 8:00 AM–6:30 PM; hours may vary)
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Benefits: 80% employer-paid benefits (medical/dental/vision), 401(k), PTO, sick time, paid holidays.

Responsibilities for Medical Assistant:

• Perform and support rapid HIV/STD testing workflows
• Complete Blood Draws, collect and document vital signs
• Prepare patients and assist with clinic flow
• Provide patient education

Requirements for Medical Assistant:

• Active Washington MA-P certification (MA-P required — not MA-C)
• Phlebotomy/blood draw experience required (externship experience accepted; open to new grads with MA-P externship blood draws)
• BLS Certification (AHA only)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Active Driver’s License
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
