ITS Passenger Processing Specialist ISunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening:ITS Passenger Processing Specialist I (Contractor) Location: Onsite Work Type: Contractor | Exempt Overview The ITS Passenger Processing Specialist I is an entry-to-mid level IT support role designed for individuals eager to grow in a dynamic airport environment. This position provides hands-on technical support for passenger processing systems and common-use applications. The specialist acts as a frontline representative of the ITS department, resolving real-time technical issues and ensuring uninterrupted airport operations with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite operational and technical support for desktop systems, applications, and peripheralsSupport passenger processing technologies including Common Use systems, kiosks, E-Gates, biometric systems, and self-service bag dropInstall, configure, image, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheralsTroubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Citrix-based solutions, and smart devicesMonitor, document, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM toolsAct as an escalation point to Tier 2 support teams for hardware and application issuesCoordinate with network teams and third-party hardware vendors for repairs and installationsMaintain user accounts, access rights, security groups, and system permissionsProvide after-hours and emergency IT support when requiredEnsure compliance with all HCAA policies, procedures, and standardsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of IT desktop/user support experienceExperience supporting desktops, applications, mobile devices, printers, and peripheralsCommon Use system support experience preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-availability environmentPreferred CertificationsCompTIA A+CompTIA Network+Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)Work Environment & Physical Requirements100% onsite support roleMay require working beyond standard business hoursAbility to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasksOccasional lifting up to 10 lbsSUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
