Job description:
A local industrial facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to round out their team!
We are looking for individuals who desire to:
- Come to work with a sense of purpose
- Feel like they have accomplished something at the end of every workday
- Make a difference in the communities in which we serve
- and want to be surrounded by like-minded people! .
Qualified Candidates must have:
- A Minimum of 2 years of production supervision/management experience in a production driven environment (manufacturing, industrial, or similar setting)
- A Proven track record of successful efficiency improvement;
- Strong Leadership skills;
- Excellent motivation and communication skills;
