Director of Facilities ManagementLead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations at Tudor Oaks Senior Living, American Baptist Homes of the Midwest's senior living campus in Muskego, WI. $70,000-$80,000/year, day-shift schedule, no set weekend rotation.Tudor Oaks is a full-continuum community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing on one campus. We're hiring a Director of Facilities Management to oversee the people, systems, and preventive maintenance that keep our residents safe and comfortable.What You'll DoDirect the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry departments, setting priorities and reviewing work for quality and completionBuild and run a preventive maintenance program covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and security systemsHire, train, and manage staffing levels across all three departmentsMaintain equipment and supply inventory, and manage vendor relationships for contract workPrepare resident living quarters for move-in, move-out, and transfersRespond personally to urgent facility issues outside normal hours as part of a rotating on-call scheduleKeep accurate maintenance and safety records in compliance with facility, state, and federal requirementsWhat You'll NeedExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building maintenanceValid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishComfortable managing multiple staff and projects with competing deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior maintenance leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility, retirement community, or hospitalIntermediate computer skills for work order tracking and reportingPay and Benefits$70,000-$80,000/year, based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance403(b) retirement plan with discretionary employer matchLife and AD&D insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverageAccident and critical illness insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramSchedule Full-time, exempt.
