If you have 3 years of experience and a love for great food and coffee, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Café Helper at LIL BLACK BEAR CAFE, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our café runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with food preparation and ensuring all items meet our high-quality standards.
• Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, counters, and food prep areas.
• Supporting the team with daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently.

We’re seeking a candidate who is:
