Customer Care Representative Admin Support

Responsibilities and Expectations

1. Interact and support customer requests via the telephone, and all other forms of electronic communication.
2. Respond to customer account inquiries; resolve product and service issues; proactively promote bank products and services
3. Communicate in a positive and professional manner, building a rapport with both internal and external customers of the Bank by fulfilling various duties including but not limited to:
• Mitigation of risk while working to find solutions for customers
• Understanding the requirements, procedures, and documentation necessary for customer interactions, including sales of loans, debit cards, online banking and other functions.
• Providing follow-up and feedback for both internal and external clients within established guidelines.
• Use needs-based selling techniques to deepen relationships with customers
• Other duties as assigned
4. You will be cross trained in the ITM Video queue and will be trained to handle incoming transactions

Experience: 2 years customer service experience preferred. Must be comfortable with all forms of electronic communication. Outgoing individuals are encouraged to apply!

Education: High School Graduate or GED

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Work will involve frequent electronic interaction with customers and employees, by video, email, secure messages, phone, and chat.

Other Skills: Punctual, mentally alert, professional in appearance and manner. Good listening skills, ability to greet the public and communicate in a friendly and tactful manner.

Work Environment: Work in Equity's Home office in Wichita in the Call Center. Great training and support in a team environment! Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply! EOE
