The Boys and Girls Clubs of Topeka seeks a Human Resources Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding and new hire orientation for employees and volunteers. You will manage applicants through BGCT timelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth Cleared to Start process.
You will maintain HRIS records, administer benefits enrollment and support performance management and employee relations under the VP of Finance and Administration. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.
