HVAC Service Technician

Location: Jacksonville, NC

Pay: $29 - $40/hour based on experience + performance bonuses + career advancement program

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | Every other on-call week rotation with no late calls!

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus
• HVAC Technical School certificate preferred
• NATE Certification preferred

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently
• Complete preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs
• Accurately document service calls and completed work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Share knowledge and support the development of fellow technicians
