Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $55–$65/hour + Bonus Opportunities

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing family dental practice in Johns Creek. This is an opportunity for an RDH who takes pride in providing thorough, gentle clinical care while building genuine relationships with patients. You'll play an important role in preventive care, periodontal health, patient education, and creating a positive experience for both children and adults.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, personable, dependable, and able to work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care while keeping the hygiene schedule running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care and periodontal maintenance

• Perform thorough yet gentle cleanings and periodontal therapy

• Complete periodontal assessments and appropriate radiographs

• Review and update medical and dental histories

• Identify and document clinical findings and areas of concern

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, nutrition, and recommended treatment

• Develop individualized home-care recommendations patients can understand and follow

• Communicate clinical findings and treatment needs clearly to the dentist

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

• Use digital charting, radiographic systems, and other practice technology

• Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization standards

• Keep the hygiene operatory clean, organized, and prepared

• Work closely with dentists, assistants, and the front office to keep patient care and scheduling flowing efficiently

• Build positive, long-term relationships with patients and help create a comfortable experience at every visit

What We're Looking For

• Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

• Strong clinical knowledge of preventive and periodontal care

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Comfortable working with both children and adults

• Proficient with digital charting and radiographic technology or willing to learn new systems quickly

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Someone who takes initiative and works well in a busy patient-centered environment

Schedule

Full-time position with a 4–5 day workweek.

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
