Field Marketing and Events Manager

Re-Bath is looking for a driven, hands-on Field Marketing and Events Manager to build and lead our event marketing and organic lead generation program across Michigan and Northwest Ohio in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and company leadership. This is not a behind-the-desk management position. You'll recruit, train, coach, and manage our team of Brand Ambassadors and Lead Generators while regularly working alongside them at home shows, community events, festivals, retail activations, and other high-traffic opportunities. Your goal is simple: build a strong team, create consistent event coverage, and turn face-to-face customer conversations into qualified in-home consultation appointments. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage a team of Lead Generators and Brand Ambassadors. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager and leadership, research, evaluate, schedule, and manage home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, retail activations, sponsorships, and other lead generation opportunities. Work with the Marketing Manager to build quarterly and annual event calendars that align with broader marketing priorities and create consistent lead generation activity. Lead from the front by regularly working events, engaging prospective customers, and coaching the team in real time. Set clear goals for customer conversations, qualified leads, appointments, and overall event performance. Coordinate event staffing, booth space, displays, lead capture, setup, and breakdown, while working with Marketing on signage, messaging, promotional materials, and brand consistency. Develop scripts, talking points, objection handling, and appointment‑setting standards for the team. Track leads, appointments, conversion rates, and resulting revenue to assess performance with the Marketing Manager and leadership Use Salesforce reporting to evaluate performance and ensure leads are properly tracked. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to improve appointment quality, follow‑up, event selection, and overall results. Build relationships with event organizers, venues, retail partners, and community organizations. Create an energetic, competitive, and accountable team culture focused on producing results. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is competitive, organized, confident, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction. You should enjoy working with people, developing a team, and being in the field. Ideal experience includes event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, retail promotions, canvassing, direct sales, or experiential marketing . Previous experience recruiting, coaching, or managing employees is strongly preferred. Experience in home improvement, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, flooring, or another appointment‑driven industry is especially valuable. You should be comfortable approaching prospective customers, starting conversations, coaching others to do the same, and using performance data to improve results. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout Michigan and Northwest Ohio are required. Regular weekend availability is required , with some evening work depending on the event schedule. Compensation This position includes a base salary plus commission and performance incentives , with earning potential tied to lead generation, appointments, sales, event performance, and team development.
