Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Palmetto, FL, 34221. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring our customers' devices are running smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues and repair options.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning optimally.
Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
