Key Responsibilities- Provide essential care to patients in a dynamic emergency department.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Employ advanced nursing techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
- Lead and mentor fellow nursing staff in the capacity of Charge Nurse.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Charge Nurse experience is mandatory.
- ENPC certification is preferred.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, often during night shifts. Flexibility and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential.
