As a Team Front of House Member, you will serve as a team member in both in our Front of House and Drive Thru, playing an important role in both the effectiveness of our team and the success of our business. Our FOH Team Members work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent food, accurate service, a clean environment, and genuine hospitality. Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: Starting at $9/hr for Part-Time, $11/hr for Full-Time. Applicants with 1+ year Chick-fil-A experience will start at $10/hr for Part-Time, $12/hr for Full-Time. Applicants that have full availability to work anytime between 5am-11pm, Monday through Saturday, can earn $1/hr bonus pay. Potential $1 raise after first 120 days with high performance including 100% attendance and punctuality. Potential to quickly be promoted through our leadership system with high performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Chick-fil-A experience highly preferred.
• Full time or Part-time, open availability required. Flexibility to work during morning and daytime & evening hours, including weekends.
• Basic computer competency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
