Picker packer

We are currently hiring for A Picker Packer. A Picker Packer is responsible for locating, selecting, and packaging products in a warehouse or fulfillment center to prepare them for shipment to customers or retail stores. salary: $17 - $20 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Picking Duties:

• Locate items within the warehouse using pick lists, RF (Radio Frequency) scanners, or automated picking systems.
• Retrieve exact quantities of products from shelves, bins, or pallets accurately and quickly.
• Inspect items for damage, defects, or expiration dates prior to packing.
• Transport collected items safely to packing stations using hand trucks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).

Packing Duties:

• Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, poly mailers, bubble wrap, packing peanuts).
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit while optimizing package weight and size.
• Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and hazard/fragile stickers.
• Seal packages securely using tape machines or manual dispensers.
