You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Dedicated to customer service. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
