Attentive Angels Home Care is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Home Care Sales Specialist / Community Liaison to help expand our presence throughout the Midland SC area, and surrounding markets.

If you're a proven healthcare sales professional who enjoys building referral partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and making a meaningful impact in your community, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

As a key member of our revenue-generating team, you'll represent a trusted home care organization founded and led by Registered Nurse Davette Brown. You'll work alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales team dedicated to helping seniors and families access exceptional in-home care services.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Sales Specialist / Community Liaison , you'll be responsible for building and strengthening referral relationships throughout your territory.

Coverage Area/Territory: Lexington, West Columbia, Orangeburg, Aiken & Surrounding Markets
Full-Time | Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Hospitals
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
  • Assisted Living Communities
  • Rehabilitation Centers
  • Continuing Care Retirement Communities
  • Social Workers
  • Case Managers
  • Discharge Planners
  • Healthcare Administrators
• Generate referrals and drive market growth through strategic sales activity.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings, facility visits, presentations, and educational sessions.
• Create and execute territory growth plans that maximize opportunities and market penetration.
• Promote Attentive Angels' service offerings, differentiators, and commitment to exceptional client care.
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral to service delivery.
• Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and referral development efforts.

Strongly Preferred

Previous Home Care Sales Experience

Candidates with successful experience selling home care services, building referral networks, and increasing client census will be highly regarded and positioned for immediate success.

Qualifications

• Proven healthcare sales, business development, or community relations experience.
• Demonstrated success generating referrals and growing service lines.
• Experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and post-acute care providers.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based territory.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
