Area Manager – Staffing Operations

Lead 5 Branches | Indiana, Michigan & Ohio

Elwood Staffing is looking for a District Manager to lead our branches in Angola, IN, Hillsdale, MI, Coldwater, MI, Bryan, OH, and Sturgis, MI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in staffing, branch operations, sales, and team development who enjoys building high-performing teams and driving business growth.

What You'll Do

Lead the sales, operations, and profitability of five staffing branches.
Coach and develop Branch Managers, recruiters, and sales teams.
Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Ensure branches meet performance goals and compliance standards.
Build strong relationships with customers and support new business growth.
Travel regularly throughout your assigned territory.

What We're Looking For

Staffing industry leadership experience required.
Previous multi-location, district, area, or branch management experience preferred.
Proven success leading teams and growing business.
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the district.
