QuikCut is looking for a strong 2nd Shift Supervisor to take ownership of our evening operations at QuikCut West!

This isn't just a position overseeing production. It's an opportunity to lead an entire shift, make meaningful operational decisions, and play a key role in our company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

Lead the Team: Oversee second-shift operations across our Welding, Powder Coat, and Fabrication departments.
Drive Production: Keep operations running efficiently while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments.
Develop People: Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while building a positive, high-performing culture.
Solve Problems: Take ownership of production challenges, equipment downtime, and workflow bottlenecks.
Champion Safety & Quality: Set clear expectations and ensure every team member goes home safely.
Make an Impact: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen overall shift performance.

Requirements

3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in metal fabrication, welding, or related operations.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence making decisions and managing multiple priorities.
A leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and hold people accountable.
A passion for developing employees and driving continuous improvement.
