Wire Feed Welder – $18–$20/HR | Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Mandatory Friday Overtime-10 hours
Location: Forest Lake, MN | Manufacturing Department

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Wire Feed Welder openings in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with welding experience who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $18–$20 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Mandatory Friday Overtime (50 hours/week)
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

- Perform wire feed welding on various metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Previous experience in wire feed welding or related welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime.
