Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury practice? Our clients seeking a highly organized, self-driven professional to join a collaborative boutique law firm where you'll play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex litigation matters. What You'll Do Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for an active litigation caseload. Independently manage approximately 35–40 litigation files , ensuring deadlines, court calendars, and case milestones are met. Coordinate with attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and clients throughout the litigation process. Prepare cases for trial and provide in-court trial support when needed. Assist with pre-litigation matters as required. Work closely with two attorneys in a close-knit team where your contributions have a direct impact on client success. What We're Looking For 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience, with 5–7+ years in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. Proven ability to independently manage 30+ active litigation files . Strong experience with trial preparation and courtroom support. Skilled in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Experience managing litigation deadlines and court calendars. Familiarity with Colorado civil procedure and state court filings is highly preferred. Experience using Filevine is a plus. Paralegal certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred. Highly organized, proactive, client-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
