Position Details Working Title: Postdoctoral Associate - Kner Department: ENGR-Electrical & Computer Employment Type: Employee – Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri) Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 based on experience Anticipated Start Date: 01/01/2025 Posting Date: 11/11/2024 Responsibilities Development of structured‑illumination microscopy systems for biomedical applications. Preparation of manuscripts and reports. Mentoring and supervising graduate students. Lab management. Qualifications PhD in Engineering or Physics. Background in optics research. Experience with imaging and optical microscopy preferred. Technical Skills Strong optical design and analysis skills. Strong programming skills in Python and LabVIEW. Effective communication skills. Physical Demands Standard for office and lab environments.
