Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to work with adult patients using advanced specialty equipment on a day shift schedule.

Details

• Cardiac catheterization lab setting
• Adult patient population, 18+
• Uses McKesson cardiology and Cerner EMR systems, though prior experience is not required
• Specialty equipment includes Impella, ROTA, CSI, balloon pump, Shockwave, and Penumbra
• Schedule of 4x9-hour or 5x8-hour day shifts
• On-call requirement of at least one weekday from 4:30 AM to 7:00 AM and one weekend per month from Friday 4:30 AM to Monday 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Rad Tech or RCIS certification required
• NH permanent or compact license required at time of consideration, temporary license not accepted
• License required if applicable
• Travel experience not required

Additional Information

• Weekly orientation provided
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Perm staff may return as a traveler after a 12-month break in service
• 3 professional references required once committed, including 2 from leadership
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at a local rate
