Who we are

The I Do Society is a fully remote advertising agency built exclusively for wedding businesses. We manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT and we oversee thousands of them for venues, bridal stores, photographers, planners and more.

That experience gives us something no one else has: the most wedding-industry conversion data around. Anyone can run ads. We know what works. You will use that knowledge from day one.

What you will do

You will own the results for a group of wedding-business members. You are their go-to person and the one who makes sure their ads work.

• Build, manage and continually optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and ChatGPT Ads

• Turn campaign data into clear next steps, and explain them to members in plain language

• Improve landing pages and lead follow-up so more leads become booked consultations

• Log every campaign change so the whole team can see what happened and why

• Utilize the full capabilities of Claude in all areas of your work

• Keep conversion tracking accurate across GA4, Google Tag Manager and each ad platform

• Collaborate with the team to share what you learn and so we can sharpen our wedding-industry ads playbook together

What you bring

You already know your way around an ad account. We will teach you what works for weddings.

• Proven experience managing paid campaigns, ideally Google Ads and Meta Ads, with results you can point to

• A clear communicator who can explain performance to business owners without jargon

• Ownership: you notice problems early, follow through, and say so when something is off

• Respect for your teammates and your members, and high standards for your own work

• Comfort with conversion tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Wedding-industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement

• Self-directed and highly organized in a fully remote team
