Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and executing sales strategies, and delivering tailored marketing solutions to clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and leveraging ENPOINTE’s capabilities to address client needs and achieve results. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, and relationship building Strong understanding of marketing solutions, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and print production Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology Experience in or knowledge of the print and marketing industry is a plus Pay Range This is a commission-based position with no territory restrictions and no commission caps. ENPOINTE offers the highest commission rates in the industry, and our Sales Executives earn between $140,000- $550,000 annually.
