Job Summary - Machine Operator
We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and self-organized with a willingness to accept instruction and a variety of new tasks with a positive attitude. Self-motivated, attention to detail and knowledge of safety protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
- Feed pallets to semi-automated machine.
- Inspect pallets and send to appropriate stacker.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Follow all local, State and Federal laws insofar as employment and safety are concerned.
- Always follow all safety rules of the employer.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing/ warehouse experience 1 + years.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Attention to Details.
- Teamwork.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Handle heavy pallets.
- Work independently.
***Must have reliable transportation***
Job Type : Full-time
Compensation : $18/hr
Expected hours : 40 per week
Schedule : Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm
Work Location : Rochester, NY
