Position Summary: As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their plumbing and electrical needs and present customized solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the repair, replacement, or upgrade process - helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs Present recommended solutions clearly and professionally, with upfront pricing Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction Coordinate with plumbing and electrical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups using CRM tools Qualifications: Experience in in-home sales, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive commission Company vehicle and gas card Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and support in a team-focused environment Hometown Plumbing and Electrical is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 100% satisfied. My experience with Hometown Plumbing could not have been any better. The staff (both the scheduler and the plumber) were extremely professional, helpful, and polite. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. I received a reminder call about 30 minutes before he arrived. The final cost was better than I expected. The work was done perfectly. The job site was cleaned up better than it was when he started. Thanks for doing a great job! Plumbers Arrived on time, donned booties and assessed all my plumbing needs. Provided written estimates with various options. Answered all my questions. Worked efficiently and explained to me what they were doing. They were friendly, professional, and left my house clean. Megan, the receptionist was very helpful and kept us abreast of the time the materials were to arrive, the day they would be installed, and the approximate time the tech, William, would arrive.
