CAD Designer

We’re hiring a CAD Designer in Sedalia, Missouri. This position will create and modify mechanical component and assembly drawings, dimensional layouts, proposal drawings, and bills of materials while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities Create accurate mechanical components and assembly drawings Review drawings, parts lists, and cut sheets for accuracy Ensure engineering information is correctly reflected in shop and fabrication drawings Process engineering changes and non-conformance documentation Participate in design reviews and project kickoff meetings Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of experience creating mechanical component and assembly drawings Experience developing bills of materials Knowledge of computer-aided drafting, geometric tolerancing, and mechanical design standards Experience with CREO Parametric for 3D modeling and drawing creation Trade school diploma or equivalent relevant experience Associate or bachelor’s degree Experience designing manufacturing or machining fixtures is a plus.
