Respiratory Care Practioner at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 12-hour, Night shifts. Provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians according to established standards and practices. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to age-specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education. • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
