Location: Summerfield, North Carolina

Duration: February 22 to March 1 (2 weeks)

Pay Rate: $40-$45 per hour

Schedule: M-F

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dental hygienist to fill a temporary position at our top-notch dental office in Summerfield, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, performing routine cleanings and procedures, and working closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough cleanings and prophylaxis services to patients
• Conduct periodontal screenings and charting
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with dentists and other team members to ensure quality care
• Follow all infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Associate's degree in dental hygiene or related field
• Current licensure as a dental hygienist in North Carolina
• 2+ years of experience in dental hygiene
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital dental records and modern dental technology

Availability

• Must be available for training before the two-week contract (dates TBD)
• Must be available to work from February 22 to March 1 (2 weeks)
