Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights.

13-week contract, 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements

Valid RN license
At least 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
BLS certification required
Experience with EMR systems
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care and support
Assist with patient assessments and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
Educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
