Job Overview: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the user experience and user interface of new and exciting digital products. You’ll lead design efforts on high-impact projects, collaborating closely with our team to translate insights into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly effective digital experiences. This role is perfect for a design-oriented individual with a strategic mindset, who thrives on innovation and enjoys solving complex design challenges. Responsibilities: Strategic Thinking: Collaborate on project strategy, providing design insights that align with business goals and user needs. Shape the product's direction by driving user-centered design processes from ideation to execution. UI Design: Craft visually appealing, consistent, and scalable interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Ensure design consistency across different platforms and devices. Design Execution: Apply and uphold design standards, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all deliverables. User-Centered Design: Lead customer discovery and user testing sessions to uncover insights and inform design decisions, creating solutions that genuinely meet user needs. Prototyping: Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design intent and user interaction. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to ensure that design solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with the overall product vision. Information Architecture: Create IA diagrams, user journeys, and other artifacts to build shared understanding across teams. Continuous Improvement: Review and refine existing designs, suggesting ways to simplify and enhance the user experience, keeping both UX and UI in mind. Qualifications: Curiosity and Insight: A passion for understanding user behaviour, business objectives, and the latest design trends. Ability to translate insights into actionable ideas and strategic design solutions. Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with wireframing and UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch. Ability to quickly create and iterate on high-fidelity designs and prototypes. UI/UX Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces, along with an understanding of how design impacts overall user experience. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, pixel-perfect designs. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects. Initiative and Leadership: A self-motivated designer who takes initiative and is comfortable leading design discussions and decision-making processes. Experience in mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus. Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and strategic ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience: Professional Background: At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with proven experience in crafting digital products across multiple platforms. Senior Designer Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from discovery to delivery, balancing creativity with strategic thinking to achieve business goals. Tool Proficiency: Proficient in design tools like Figma. Familiarity with no-code platforms like Webflow, Bubble, or Elementor would be a strong advantage.
