People Operations Coordinator

Supporting a fast-moving company, the full-time People Operations Coordinator will manage payroll processing, assist with recruitment activities, and serve as a point of contact for employee relations while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end payroll processing and maintain employee records in Rippling Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on policies and benefits Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a related role Hands-on payroll experience; familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS/ATS platforms preferred Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to handle confidentiality with discretion and professionalism Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
