Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA in Fort Washington, PA. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for functional, integration, and regression testing
- Design and maintain manual and automated test cases and scripts
- Execute tests, analyze results, and report on test execution status
- Identify, document, and help troubleshoot defects and production issues
- Build and optimize test automation frameworks and processes
- Map requirements to test cases and ensure full coverage
- Analyze complex applications and business workflows to create effective test scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business and technical requirements
- Drive quality standards, testing best practices, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of QA experience in manual and automated testing environments
- Experience developing test strategies, automation frameworks, and workflows
- Experience working with SOA-based applications
- Experience in Agile or project-based environments
- Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong understanding of SQL and ability to run queries
- Proficiency with automated testing tools and scripting
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and execution skills
- Ability to analyze complex systems and execute detailed test scenarios
- Mortgage servicing or banking industry experience is a plus
