Hiring & Operations Manager - Residential Cleaning

About The Role We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Hiring & Operations Manager to join our team. You will be the bridge between our staff and in‑office schedulers, ensuring that we hire the best talent, provide top‑tier training, and maintain the high quality of service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, and onboarding). Training & Development: Lead hands‑on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards. Quality Control: Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. Logistics: Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software. Requirements (Must‑Haves) Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base). Industry Experience: Prior experience in house cleaning, hospitality management, or a related service industry. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, provide constructive feedback, and maintain morale. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit job sites.
