- Assist with sales orders entry into the system
- Possible to handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with HR/ Payroll administrative tasks
- Contribute to a positive office culture and team collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
