Production TechnicianThe Production Technician works in a controlled cleanroom environment to manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In this role, you follow detailed instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings to ensure products meet strict quality and consistency standards. You contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting where accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures are essential.ResponsibilitiesManufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers according to established procedures and quality standards.Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to complete production tasks accurately.Operate within a cleanroom environment while adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Perform general production, assembly line, and packaging activities as assigned.Handle basic data entry related to production, training modules, and documentation requirements.Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to support manufacturing and assembly processes.Apply proper gowning procedures, including wearing gloves, hair/beard nets, face cover, safety glasses, and other required PPE.Follow chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and isopropyl alcohol (IPA).Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area within the cleanroom and associated production spaces.Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet production goals and deadlines.Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and colleagues regarding work status, issues, and process improvements.Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines while performing production tasks.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day, with possible overtime.Basic computer skills to complete training modules and perform data entry.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address production and process-related issues.Good verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.Ability to follow detailed procedures and standardized work instructions consistently.Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cGMP standards.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative production environment.Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.Capability to perform frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.Ability to occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted.Comfort working with PPE and chemicals such as disinfectants, solvents, and isopropyl alcohol (IPA).Additional Skills & QualificationsApproximately 1 year of production experience preferred but not required.Experience in production, assembly, warehouse operations, or order picking is beneficial.Experience in general production, cleanroom work, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments is an advantage.Familiarity with assembly line processes and basic hand tools.Attention to detail and accuracy when following technical drawings and work documents.You join a rapidly growing organization with significant room for advancement and long-term career development. Cleanroom conditions include humidity above 30%, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise typical of a production facility. You wear full cleanroom gowning such as gloves, hair or beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, and you do not wear makeup or jewelry while in the cleanroom. The position involves frequent gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, as well as standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift. You occasionally lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and use hand tools and equipment as part of daily tasks. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, and you follow chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and isopropyl alcohol (IPA).This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
