Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) Full-Time

ExperCARE is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to join our team!

We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive experience for every patient, every time. If you're a strong communicator, great with multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and callers in a professional, welcoming manner
• Completing patient registration and verifying insurance information accurately
• Answering and managing multiple phone lines with efficiency and professionalism
• Collecting payments and calculating charges correctly
• Scheduling follow-up appointments and managing patient referrals
• Faxing, scanning, and managing medical records as needed
• Keeping the front office and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting
• Supporting overall clinic flow and assisting team members as needed

Requirements include:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Knowledge of Occupational Medicine is a plus
