What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care. Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes. Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards. Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
