Logistics Coordinator

This would be an onsite role and be excellent for someone with strong excel skills, at least one year of work experience, and eager to grow and be mentored. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination of customer orders, shipments, and inventory movements Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding order and shipment status Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company systems and spreadsheets Prepare reports and track key logistics data using Microsoft Excel Assist sales, logistics, and trading teams with administrative and operational support Review documentation for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information Monitor deliveries and help resolve shipment issues when needed Maintain organized records and support compliance documentation requirements Assist with data reconciliation and investigate discrepancies as they arise Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations Qualifications 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, administration, or a related field preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data and reports Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
