Heavy Equipment/Truck Mechanic

Job Description We are seeking a Heavy Equipment/Truck Mechanic to join our team! Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on construction equipment & trucks at various work sites and company shop. Inspect equipment for faulty parts. Analyze and diagnose mechanical issues. Create a plan of action for all repairs. Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs. Track and maintain all maintenance data & records. Follow all health and safety laws and guidelines as well as common-sense safety practices. Maintain a safe, organized and tidy workspace. Applicant is expected to work on several different and demanding tasks that require substantial effort and commitment. Qualifications Must have 3 - 5 years experience working on heavy trucks/equipment gas & diesel engines. Must have own tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Self motivated. Strong work ethic. Attention to detail. Able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
