Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

Registered Nurse Med/Surg / MS-Telemetry
Night shifts, 18:4507:15. Every other weekend required. Self-scheduled shifts available.
Contract length: 1326 weeks. Ratios: 1:6. Orientation: 24 hours.
Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience.
Current NC or Compact nursing license or pending submission.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Telemetry experience preferred.
Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred.
Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatrics in a med/surg telemetry setting.
Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms.
Administer and manage medications as per protocols.
Conduct assessments, document care plans, and oversee IV therapies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in patient education and support efforts.
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions may apply). EKG testing must be passed prior to start. Pre-start modules required, non-billable.
