Onsite HR Generalist — Manufacturing & Shift Coverage

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Chilton, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with the onsite HR team to provide day-to-day HR support for a 24/5 operation while helping foster a positive, approachable, and employee-focused workplace culture. The successful candidate will handle employee questions, benefits administration, onboarding, leave processes, payroll review, recruitment support, employee relations, training programs, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Worthington Enterprises
