- Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete
- Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time
- Participate in team huddles and training-because we're always learning and growing
- Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Monday 07:30am to 06:00pm
- Tuesday 07:30am to 05:00pm
- Wednesday 07:30am to 06:00pm
- Thursday 07:30am to 05:00pm
- Friday 08:30am to 02:00pm
Salary Description
Up to $23/hour + monthly bonus
